Cyber motors for use in ultra-high vacuum The cyber motors for ultra-high vacuum applications are suitable down to 10-11 mbar. Both the motor itself and the specially designed resolver are qualified for this kind of environment. In close cooperation with our customers we develop optimal solutions for ultra-high vacuums.
Cyber motors for use in high-temperature applications Cyber motors are exceptionally reliable aven at temperatures up to 200°C. The requirements are efficiently met thanks to the optimised sensor technology (Hall sensors and resolvers). Cyber motors destined for these applications can be designed up to insulation class C.
